Shevchuk Y. Financial-credit levers in the system of factors of innovative development

The dissertation analyzes the theoretical basis of formation of an innovative economy and improves practical recommendations on the use of financial-credit levers of economic policy aimed at innovation development. Was investigated the main problems and trends of modern development paradigm and the conditions and institutional factors of formation of the "new economy". In the dissertation considers current status and nature of innovation development and innovative environment, and the key issues that hinder the establishment of innovative model of economic development in Ukraine. Justified the application of a systematic approach to the analysis of the innovation economy and structured the factors of innovative development of national economy. Were investigated the main laws and mechanisms of such institutions as a private capital and a public capital to stimulate innovation development of national economy. Was discovered and proved the existence of trends of asymmetry of financial flows, due to the innovation processes in various sectors. The factors that affect the application of the institute of public-private partnerships in the innovation environment were analyzed. Were disclosed the basic directions of state innovation policy of developed countries and the ways of its implementation in Ukraine. Formed recommendations on the use of the financial-credit levers to stimulate innovation activity in Ukraine in order to create a strong technological basis, provide socio-economic progress and better satisfy the needs of society.
