It was determined the influence of pre-incubatory processing with sodium selenite solution on ducks' eggs as well as its influence on embryogenesis, egg brooding, ducks' breeding, their preservation and further intensity of growth. The study on consumption of fodder, young ducks' preservation and produc-tivity as a result of feeding them with different Selenium amounts and sources of its origin with in 42 days was performed. It was proved certain changes in digestibility of nutritious substances, balance of nitrogen and other mineral elements, hematological indicators and meat qualities of ducklings. As a result of these changes technological parameters of pre-incubatory egg processing with solution of sodium selenite were estimated as following: processing should be performed wing exposition of 20 minutes with optimal amount of selenium in the form Cell-Plax organic supplement 0,3 mg per kilo in fodder. Fodder conversion, productivity, slaughter and meat qualities, chemical and amino acid content of big pectoral muscle, digestibility and digestion of nutritious substances as well as blood indicators within different amounts of Selenium and its sources of origin were studied. Key words: sodium selenite, Cell-Plax, incubation, ducks' eggs, broiler ducklings, egg processing with Selenium, productivity, efficiency.
