The corruption notion is defined in terms of behavioral and experimental economics; classification of appearance formats and types of corruptive behavior are proved; efficiency of various methods in evaluating volume of corruptive practices is analyzed; evaluation of interrelations between corruption level and indicators of economic systems’ development is performed; interrelation of corruption and state procurements as well as proprietary rights is proved; recommendations for anticorruption policy in terms of developing anticorruption agencies.
