Yasko U. Competition policy in the system of state regulation of the economy

Object is government regulation of the economy. The dissertation depth theoretical bases of formation of competition policy and reasonably practical recommendations for improving the mechanism for its implementation in the state regulation of the economy. The paper used general scientific and special methods: Method systemic approach, historical and logical method - the study of the theoretical aspects and patterns of competition and competition policy; methods of retrospective, comparative analysis - when considering the current state of implementation of the state of competition policy in Ukraine; analysis and synthesis, grouping - in determining competition policy linkages with other components of the system of state regulation of the economy; economic statistics - the analysis of official statistics and reports Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, as well as the calculation of key indicators of the competitive environment in the domestic commodity markets. The results can be used in the activities of state and local governments for the development and improvement of legal acts in the field of economic competition, determining and adjusting strategic priorities for implementing the state competition policy in Ukraine. Scientific novelty of the results is to deepen the theoretical basis of formation of the state of competition policy and justification of practical recommendations for improving the mechanism of its implementation in Ukraine. The dissertation systematized scientific approaches to determining the nature of competition policy is elaborated, the objectives and instruments of state competition policy, detected problems and contradictions competition policy coordination with other components of the system of state regulation of the economy. The current state of implementation of national competition policy, highlighted the main stages of its development in Ukraine. Analyzes the structural preconditions for competition in the economy of Ukraine, grounded institutional factors implementation of competition policy. The priority areas of implementation of competition policy; The system of criteria and indicators for assessing the effectiveness of implementation of competition policy.
