Gutsan A. The formation of motivation system of production staff on machine building enterprise

Research object are: the process of increasing the effectiveness of the production staff motivation engineering enterprise. Subject of research: development of theoretical, methodological and practical principles of formation of motivation production staff. Objective: development of theory and practical tools of scientific and formation of motivation system of production personnel at an engineering company based on an evaluation of its sensitivity to the effects of stimulating factors. Methods: a systematic approach, classification, comparison, generalization, grouping, analysis and synthesis of expert evaluations, correlation analysis. Theoretical and practical results: consist in the development and improvement of motivation system of production personnel. Novelty: improved definition of "elasticity of motivation"; improved approach to forming the basis of the motivational process; improved theoretical and methodological support with respect to the development of effective means to motivate employees; was further developed methodological approach regarding reduction of uncertainty in the results of motivational activities; will be further developed methodological approach to the determination of the key factors of motivation; will be further developed methodological approach to assess the level of motivation. Degree of implementation: results of the study implementation in the practice of the state enterprise "Kharkov Aggregate Design Bureau", state enterprise "Kharkov Electromechanical Plant", recommended for use in the Department of Economics and municipal property Kharkiv city council and in the educational process of the NTU "KPI".
