Begal V. Charismatic leadership in the contemporary political process.

Thesis devoted to complex researching of main point, role and developing nature of charismatic leadership in modern political process. The research summarizes the main conceptual approaches to understanding the nature of charismatic leadership, based on the systematization of the findings from the analysis of classical conception of charismatic leadership and modern scientific research the authors' definition is made in socio-political phenomenon. The role of charismatic leadership as the most concentrated and constructive forms of exercising political power in modern society has been solved. Modern transformation of political charisma has been examined. The features of functioning political charismatic leadership in a democratic and authoritarian political regimes, reveals the functional significance of political charisma in the process of gaining and keeping power have been solved. The main tendencies of charisma used by modern Ukrainian politicians, as well as the specifics of her contradictions functioning political charismatic leadership in modern Ukraine are examined and determined its constructive potential.
