Essay

The thesis is devoted to the assessing hygiene microelementoses in primary-school-age children living in the geochemical territory. Hygienic, physical, chemical, biochemical, clinical, anthropometric, biographical questionnaires, mathematical and statistical researches was carried out to achieve the objectives. It is proved that a leading factor in the development of pre-nosological changes in the health of children of Sosnivka town is the inflow of toxins from all areas of the environment. It's triggered an imbalance between the processes of inflow, utilization and elimination of macro- and microelements in children's hair and blood; rebalancing between stress and antioxidant defense system, violation of physical development, and caused the development of technogenic microelementoses among children against the background of irrational nutrition. We summarized a set of measures in a methodical scheme, which includes technical and technological elaborations, biological, medical and preventive measures in order to prevent the negative impact of man-made pollution of the environment on the body of children.
