Bevziuk I. Psychological peculiarities of formation communicative competence of future employees of public procurator's office

The work was dedicated to research of psychological peculiarities of formation communicative competence of future employees of public procurator's office and determination of ways its optimization at phase of professional training in institute of higher education. It's determined that the communicative competence of public prosecutor is integrated characterization of subject public prosecutor's activity what is defined by formation to certain professional functions of communicative knowledge's, skills and abilities and degree of availability to its fulfillment in a professional activity, and also by availability corresponding to professional requirements of personal properties which form the system of values, guidelines and fulfill regulative function. It's defined the structure (gnostic, communicative- behavioral, emotional - volitional and motivational components), criteria, rates and levels (high, medium and low) of communicative competence expression of future employees of public procurator's office and prevalence of high and low levels. It was developed the model and program of formation communicative competence of future employees of public procurator's office during the process of studying in the institute of higher education with the determination of conditions and facilities of formative influence on optimization components and rates of this professional important properties. It was proved the strength of chosen direction of work and formulated the practical guidelines to formation communicative competence of future employees of public procurator's office.
