Essay

The study showed the endogenous formation of carcinogenic N-nitrosamines in the bodies of animals under the influence of different doses of their predecessors - sodium nitrite and tetracycline. Revealed a dose-temporal regularity of occurrence the immunotoxic effects under the influence of endogenous nitrosamines and their precursors. It was established the significance of immunotoxic effects which manifested through the development of tumors, depending on the doses and validity of the endogenously formed nitrosamines and their precursors. The criterion list of immunological parameters (decrease of killers, suppression by T and B-cell type, the development of I, III and IV types reactions) for the carcinogenic action of hazardous chemicals was substantiated.
