In this thesis work, available information sources have been analysed and the scientific methods used to elucidate the essence of civil-military relations have been outlined. During research, we have traced the evolution of civil-military relations in political time and space. We have elucidated the essential features of the civil democratic control, which performs a role of a realization mechanism for civil-military relations in the context of democratic state building.
