The thesis is devoted to a comprehensive theoretical analysis of the features of the hermeneutic approach to interpretation of the law, to study the basic properties of the hermeneutic approach to interpreting the text of the legal act, the legal analysis of hermeneutics as a method of interpretation in the law, the essence and characteristics of legal thinking, the concept and main features of "interpretive legal act", the content and application of various types of interpretive legal acts, their systematization. The work reveals the main features of the hermeneutic approach to interpretation of legal norms. For hermeneutical directions tend to consider law as text, is inextricably linked with the subject and his consciousness. Of particular importance in the study of legal thinking is the analysis of the formation and functioning of such a result of the interaction of individual legal awareness and legal thinking, as "desired right". Given the definition of the concept and the main features of the interpretation of law from the perspective of hermeneutic approach and the definition of interpretive legal act, the essence. Conducted systematization interpretive legal acts, were analyzed using interpretive legal act depending on the subjects of interpretation of these regulations by various agencies and officials.
