Essay

Dissertation aims at examination the theoretical and legal foundations of the establishment and operation of non-state media in civil society. Preconditions of occurrence and development of non-state media as a distinct tradition of relations between society and the state. Determine their legal status, signs and invited the author's definition of the concept of non-state media. Marked types, functions and principles of non-state media, classification of each of the categories. Ways of exposure to non-state media to legal identity, justice, legal culture and legal conduct, which together make up the legal position of the individual citizen. Analyzed national and international regulations that form the basis of functioning of non-state media and proposed a number of conclusions about ways to improve legal support activities such media in Ukraine's integration into the global information space.
