The thesis views the problem of the nature of sanctions and their use for crimes against morality. There is specified definitions and methodological framework of the study. In the thesisis emphasis on historical and comparative legal aspects of regulation penalties for crimes against morality. There is research of question of form, content and construction of penalties for crimes against morality. In the thesis is dedicating the features of judicial practice use penalties for these crimes.
