Kireeva O. Medico-psychological predictors of recurrent depressive disorder as the target of psychotherapy and psychological prevention

The work is devoted to the identification and analysis of the diagnostic criteria of early prognostic signs (predictors) of the occurrence of the next episode, recurrent depressive disorder and develop a model of psychotherapeutic influence on the iden-tified predictors in order to prevent the development of expanded clinical depressive episode. For the first time on the basis of the analysis psychoanamnestic data, clinical-psychopathological and medico-psychological characteristics of patients with recur-rent depressive disorder analyzed the clinical structure of psychopathological disor-ders in the period interesse and in prodromal period re depressive episode; on their basis have been selected medical-psychological, and clinical-psychopathological pre-dictors (precursors) and diagnostic criteria of prodromal period of repeated episode, recurrent depressive disorder; to build a model of syndromogenesis, syndromokinesis and syndromotaksis of psychopathological disorders in the framework of a prodromal period of recurrent depressive disorder. On the basis of the results of research developed system of psychotherapy and psy-chological prevention of repeated episode, recurrent depressive disorder phase pro-dromal period.
