Pirogov I. Clinical psychopathological, medico-psychological aspects of differential diagnosis of schizophrenia-like disorders due to drug use

In the work conducted in-depth clinical and psychopathological and psychological examination of patients with schizophrenia-like psychosis disorder due to use of psychoactive substances (PAS). Analyzed the role of psychogenic in induction, amplification and exacerbation of psychopathology in this group and established stages of development of response: initial, stagnation, residual phase. On the basis of the results developed principles, criteria and algorithm differential diagnosis in PAS-associated schizophrenia-like psychosis disorder. Is constructed the system is psychological rehabilitation to patients with schizophrenia-like psychosis disorder due to use of PAS that includes five basic stages - the relief of psychotic disorders and detoxification, proteinogenic therapy (in relation to mental health and addiction), the formation complains, resocialization and pinning.
