3. The object of research is the process of the evaluation the managers competencies of the machine building enterprises. The aim of the thesis is the development of the teoretical concepts and applied recommendations of the evaluation the managers competencies of the machine building enterprises. The author used the methods of analysis and synthesis, comparison and generalization to justify the nature categories of "competence", "competency" and "qualification", grouping method for improving the classification of competencies the managers of the machine building enterprises, using questionnaires, expert opinions, and empirical research in developing questionnaires to help clarify features of formation and evaluation of competencies of managers, typological grouping method for forming scale evaluation of competencies the managers of the machine building enterprises; method of correlation and regression analysis to create the models of evaluation the competencies of managers.
