The object of researching is the organizational management structure of machine building enterprise. The aim of the research is the imperfection of existent and the formation of new theoretical and applied-methodological principles concerning the formation of organizational structure of management enterprise and application of it. The author applies the methods of specification, generalization, formalization and systematization, expert evaluation, index method and a morphological analysis, circles and of a net graphs, fractal, induction and deduction methods, the least squares method. The theoretical value of the thesis lies in the research of theoretical background of management organizational formations and their application by enterprises. Scientific novelty of the results is to the decomposition of topological and metrical spaces of management organizational formations on the basis of morphological analysis and synthesis for the first time. We have also improved the principles of the formation of organizational structure of management of the machine building enterprises and their application as a continual plurality. A chain and matrix approach towards the building of machine building enterprise organizational structure has been improved in the form of a circle fractal. The method of expediency proof of rearrangement of existing organizational formation of machine building enterprise on the basis of the congruence of its purposes has been applied. We have developed the notion and the types of organizational structure of machine building enterprises, their principles of formation and use have been considered as well. The subject of the research consists of theoretical and methodological principles concerning the organizational structure of management and their further application by enterprises. The author's recommendations are applied concerning the formation and application of management organizational formations. Enterprises are the sphere of application of the author's recommendations
