Object of research: state regulation of implementation of public procurement. Objective: justification of the theoretical and methodological bases, development of scientific recommendations for ensuring the development of electronic implementation of public procurement sphere in Ukraine. Methods: historical and logical, dialectical, institutional analysis and system-structural. Results: The justification of theoretical and methodological bases, development of organizational and methodical approach to the process of providing electronic implementation of public procurement sphere in Ukraine. Novelty: Grounded the concept of building a functional mechanism for the field of public procurement; improved strategic approaches to capacity on electronic implementation of public procurement; obtained the further development directions of improvement of the system and structure of government procurement mechanism based on the formation of public e-commerce and procurement systems, and others. Introduced in the activity of Committee of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Information and Communications, Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine SHEI "Intersectional Management Academy" and the Academy of municipal management.
