In the dissertation work, the author has studied systematic principles of strategic analysis of integrated enterprises' activity and developed practical guidelines to improve its organizational and methodical support. The theoretical and methodological underpinning for development of strategic analysis of integrated enterprises' activities was formed using the following: substantiation of the analysis subject-matter; determination of its objects, functions and aims; assimilation of the development approaches; ranging and collation of the key methods; identification of the main selection factors and implementation techniques in the analytical practice. The main levels of strategic analysis of integrated enterprises' activity were grounded and its methodology at the company-wide level was improved due to elaboration of its key and vital components, such as strategic analysis of resource efficiency, strategic analysis of use of immaterial resources, analysis of the impact of integration operations on the integrated enterprise value. The developed methodological principles were approval at the examples of domestic and foreign integrated enterprises in the automotive industry. The approaches for the organizational enhancement of strategic analysis of the integration processes were formulated with their levels, stages and programme defined. The analyzing technique determining the integrity level of units of an integrated enterprise was developed.
