Essay

The thesis is devoted to geometrical modeling of air cooled blades of axial turbines. A structurally parametrical approach of forming of air cooled blades of axial turbines is developed. The approach is based on geometrical methods which make possible to improve profiles of the blades and also to develop their outside surfaces and internal cooling system. Techniques for modeling of the blade surfaces are developed with correlate con-sistency of them in actual modeling ranges, and realized possibility to create single model by integration of discrete parts of geometrical objects of the cooled blade.The practical value of thesis results is approved by implementation of them in manufacturing of The State Gas Turbine Research & Production Complex "Zorya-Mashproekt" and educational process.
