Essay

Object - process of oscillation and wave transformation in electrodynamic devices containing nonlinear elements with lumped and distributed parameters. Purpose - development of methods to simulate unsteady conditions of fine-wire electrodynamic structures containing elements with distributed and lumped parameters. Methods - mathematical tools of electrodynamics, nonlinear oscillation theory, theory of antennas with nonlinear elements, microwave circuit theory, numerical analysis and mathematical simulation methods. Results - a mathematical model of fine-wire antennas with nonlinear surface impedance and a random radiating structure configuration was developed; conditions for appearance of dynamic chaos subharmonic generation modes were explored; feasibility of creating nonlinear scatterers with a near-to-threshold conversion coefficient to use nonlinear elements by choosing the radiating structure type and characteristics was proved. Implementation - in scientific research and academic activity at KhNURE. Application - active antenna arrays, nonlinear radio detection and ranging
