Object of the study is processes of management expenses on metallurgical enterprise. Objective of study is generalization, development theoretical and methodical positions and practical recommendation, directed on shaping motivational mechanism on industrial enterprise. Methods of research are structured-logical, correlation-regression and situational analysis, logical modeling, expert estimation, economic and mathematical. Theoretical and practical results: the theoretical motivation, determination and improvement of the system of the shaping and introduction motivational mechanism as forming management expenses metallurgical enterprise; recommendations on improvement of the process of management expenses enterprises on base of increasing to motivations of the production personnel.
