Golovachuk O. Optimization of diagnostics and treatment of placenta disfunction of infectious genesis.

Dissertation is devoted the pressing question of modern obstetrics - povischenie efficiency of diagnostic and medical measures of placenta disfunction of infectious genesis at for pregnant on the basis of study of features of clinical flow, ekhografichs and haemodynamic changes in a fetoplacental complex, immunological indexes and ossobenostey morphogeny of placenta. On the basis of the conducted researches the features of infecting of pregnant which live in the Western region of Ukraine are set. Frequency of development of placenta disfunction is set on a background infecting of privy parts for expectant mothers. The pathological links of development of placenta disfunction are studied taking into account a microbal exciter and state of haemodynamic changes in the system mother-placenta-fruit. It is first well-proven that placenta disfunction on a background genital infections is accompanied changes the immunological adjusting in okoloplodnykh waters. It is set on the basis of leadthrough of immunogistokhimics research of placentas, that for pregnant with the genital infections of developed placenta disfunction, which shows up destruction of parenkhimatozes elements and violation of mikrocirkulation, activating of processes of apoptosis, that conduces to violation of the state of fruit and new-born. Expedience of leadthrough is grounded a complex antibacterial, immunokoregeves and local therapy in a midpregnancy for women with genital infections, that is instrumental in the decline of perinatal complications and losses.
