Maister I. Non-Pecuniary Damages Compensation as a Way to Protect the Personal Non-Property Rights of an Individual.

The thesis deals with a scientific study of the peculiarities of the non-pecuniary damage as a way to protect the personal non-property rights of an individual in order to create a comprehensive concept for legal regulation of the civil relations for its compensation. The dissertation provides the historical and legal analysis of the formation and the development of non-pecuniary damage regulation in Ukraine; defines the non-pecuniary damage concept as well as illustrates the non-pecuniary damage within the system of methods to protect thenon-property rights of an individual. The author proposes its own classification for types of the non-pecuniary damages and determines the practical significance of that classification.
