Trotsko M. The time scales synchronization via the digital television channels technique development implementing neurowavelet technologies

The object of study - the process of formation of the time scales which are synchronized by reference signals transmitted on digital TV channels. The aim of the study is to improve the accuracy of time scales synchronization by mean of reference signals that are transmitted over digital TV channels by using the neural network and wavelet technologies. Scientific novelty consists in the following: improved method of transmitting reference time signal as part of the digital television images through the use of the wavelet transform of the transmitted image and an artificial neural network to extract the time reference; improved control circuit of the time and frequency standard to achieve the necessary reference signal transmission system timing precision through the use of artificial neural networks; improved the method for controlling of transmitting center time and frequency standard through the use of aggregated neural network controller with wavenet identifier.
