Brychuk M. Structural and geographical principles of environmental management in the city (for example the city of Kyiv)

This research focuses on structural and geographic bases of environmental management in the city. This work describes the theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of structural and geographical approach to the management of a large city and proposed and proved the concept of environmental management of big city on the basis of geo-ecological principles. In particular, the proposed conceptual model of environmental management of the city based on landscape-architecture approach and proved the main directions of optimization and the Strategy of the administration of the territory of the city. The technique has been tested on the example of the introduction of an environmental management system of the city of Kyiv, due to its landscape and architectural structure and geo-ecological conditions, also made organizational-environmental management zoning, as well as recommendations on how to optimize the allocation of administrative districts in the city of Kyiv.
