Dedukhno A. Linguo-Pragmatic and Structural-Functional Parameters of Performative Speech Acts

In a set of speech acts taking into consideration semantic peculiarities of performative verbs of Ukrainian language and conditions of success the following groups of speech acts have been distinguished: with commisive intention, with exercitive intention, with behabitive intention, with verdictive intention. Lexical, grammatical methods of transfer of typical and nontypical performatives in Ukrainian speech have been described in detail. Syntactic forms which help performative acts to function have been presented. Performatives allow intensifiers and specifiers to be used in their structures. These are pragmalinguistic factors which help the performative act to be strengthened or the particular object of speech to be specificated depending on the situation.
