The dissertation investigation is devoted to the actual problem of modern plastic surgery - improving patient treatment about results of deformity of the nose through the use of vascularized non-free cartilage autografts when performing aesthetic rhinoplasty depending on the individual angioarchitectonics and morphometric characteristics of the external nose. Implementation method of vascular grafts with cephalic part of lateral leg alaris major cartilage and the caudal part of the nasal septum cartilage forming helped to keep them constant vascularization, reduce the risk of total or partial resorption after the aesthetic rhinoplasty performed.
