Essay

Object - processes of winter wheat yield formation based on morfobiological features of a variety, sowing time, seeding rates and weather conditions. The aim of research was to improve technologies of high quality winter wheat growing depending on sowing time, new high-performance varieties and seeding rates, taking into account economic and energy efficiency. Methods - field, visual, metrical and weighting, mathematical-statistical, comparative сalculation. A cost-grounded recommendations for improving elements of technology of winter wheat Skvyrka and Pustovarovka growing that ensure getting 6,5-8 t/ha of high-quality grain. The main results of the research were implemented in 2011-2013 at the farm in Kiev region with total area of 1,000 hectares. Uses - agricultural production.
