Essay

The object of study: the processes of implementation of professional adaptation of manufacturing enterprises staff. Objective: developing of theoretical and applied principles of professional adaptation of manufacturing enterprises staff. Methods: dialectical, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, structural-logical and semantic analysis; systematic analysis, comparison, graphic, economic and statistical analysis, expert evaluation; matrix, fuzzy logic, economic and mathematical modeling. The novelty: the first time developed the method of professional adaptation of staff based on the typology of industrial enterprises, whose content is to systematize the approaches for personnel adapting according to the size of manufacturing enterprise and formed mechanisms for professional staff stimulation to of professional adaptation depending on the purpose of the enterprise, improved semantic filling of process definition professional adaptation of the personnel of enterprises, which includes geographic, social, structural factors of staff, remuneration system, which is opposed to the present clearly delineates a reward for their professional and non-professional tasks, the mechanism of state support occupations is different from the existing criteria taking into account the relevance and support options, research attitude to certain professions repurpose accordance with the requirements of production. Scope: in the activities of production of enterprises LLC "Carpathian mineral waters", JSC "Concern Khlibprom" joint Ukrainian-Polish enterprise LLC "Etrus", in the educational process of private higher educational institution "Lviv University of Business and Law".
