The theoretical and practical aspects of domestic and foreign constitutional experience of the representative mandate are investigated in the dissertation. The basic conceptual problems of study of the representative mandate, modern theoretical and methodological approaches and principles of research of the representative mandate, historiography and source base of research of the representative mandate in classic and modern fittings for lawunderstanding are analysed in the doctrine of constitutional law.
