Flaksemberg M. Substantiation tactics of pregnancy that does not develop.

The thesis is devoted to the study of the effects which different methods of non-developing pregnancy termination have on reproductive health, as well as the issues of preservation and restoration of reproductive health of women after abortion by developing a method of prevention and by improving the treatment tactics of this contingent of patients. Having based the research on the studies conducted, we completed, for the first time, the comparative efficiency evaluation of medical and surgical termination of pregnancy which does not run its normal course of development and recovery of reproductive potential of women. The obtained new data on the impact of viral and bacterial load on the embryo development illustrate that 68,5 % of chromosomal aberrations is caused by significant viral and bacterial load. Based on the comprehensive research methods it was, for the first time, demonstrated that medical termination of pregnancy which does not develop had a beneficial effect in comparison with surgical abortion on genital tract microbiocoenosis, recovery of menstrual function and psycho-emotional state of women. The scientifically proven rationale was provided for the correction of psycho-emotional disorders in women with early pregnancy loss.
