Benyuk S. Features of pregnancy course, delivery and the fetus in pregnant women with intrahepatic holestasis of pregnancy

The thesis is devoted to actual scientific problems – reducing the frequency of pregnancy complications and perinatal pathology in women with intrahepatic cholestatisis of pregnancy. The frequency of intrahepatic cholestatisis of pregnancy among pregnant women in Ukraine is 2.1%. On the basis of the rating analysis established the predictive value of anamnestic predictors and determined their role in the genesis of ICP. Marker role of placental alkaline phosphatase as a prognostic factor in the development of cholestatic hepatosis, the severity of the pathological process, the occurrence of placental insufficiency is installed. Designed and implemented pathogenetically substantiated method of treatment of ICP, which is based on a combination of drug therapy and the use of innovative efferent technologies that improves pregnancy outcomes, reduces the frequency of miscarriage and perinatal complications.
