As a result of the conducted research the rating of extra-genital pathology is defined and risk factors of development of anomalies of contractile activity of uterus multiparous women are established. Indicators of electric activity of a uterus are defined at physiological delivery and anomalies of labor activity. Expediency is proved to apply an electromyohysterography to diagnostics of anomalies of contractile activity of uterus in multiparous women which allows to reveal signs of violation of bioelectric activity of a uterus and accordingly the mechanisms of contractile activity at a preclinical stage and to begin timely treatment. On the basis of the conducted researches proposed a conceptual pathogenetic justified methods of prevention of anomalies of patrimonial activity in multiparous women. For reduction of frequency of perinatal complications at the multiparous women, it is expedient to carry out prenatal preparation, by intravaginal introduction of prostaglandin E2 on achievement of term of pregnancy in 38 weeks and a fetal maturity score 8 points and more across Boog.
