Object - the process of budget financing of social and economic development. Objective - to deepen the theoretical and methodological foundations and develop practical recommendations for improving budget financing of social and economic development. Methods - general and specific, critical analysis; systematic and structural approach; deduction and induction, analogy and comparison; analysis and synthesis; SWOT-analysis; causation, prognosis and systemic approach.
