Essay

The thesis is devoted to the scientific problem of modern obstetrics - prediction of miscarriage, associated with thrombophilia, basing on genetic predictors for hemostasis disorders and justification of preconception preparation for the next pregnancy. The structure and frequency of trombophilia in the miscarriage genesis is defined. The analysis of the frequency of different genetic defects types by miscarriage, associated with thrombophilia, is discussed. The role of genetically determined hypercoagulation is considered to explain etiopathogenetic mechanisms of spontaneous abortion. It is proved that the presence of hereditary trombofiliy can cause various medical history, clinical and laboratory changes that may be predictors of rationale in their survey. The necessity of molecular genetic testing of the studied polymorphisms in women with clinical and anamnestic predictors with one spontaneous abortion in the period to 22 weeks is proved also. Preconception preparation to the next pregnancy until the formation of placenta by women with habitual miscarriage is considered to be useful to prevent the possibility of trombophyilic state.
