The thesis focuses on the complex research of the person's constitutional right to know his/her rights and duties and its provision in Ukraine. The main stages of the development of scientific thought, as well as regulatory sources of the person's constitutional right to know his/her rights and duties are studied. The concepts, contents, and the constitutional legal regulation of the analyzed right are defined, its provision by the order improvement of notifying a person of laws and subordinate regulatory acts, that secure every person's rights and duties, are examines.
