Essay

Dissertation is devoted to complex scientific and theoretical research of problems unification of normative legal terminology as a special direction of legal engineering. In the work is formulated authors definition for "unification of normative legal terminology". It is demonstrated that unification provides one-to-one correspondence between conceptual framework and term system on three levels: informative, logical and linguistic. It is described the frame of principles, functions, tasks, approaches and actions of unification of normative legal terminology.
