The processes of formation and ensuring of innovative creative collectives' activity at enterprises are the research object. The formation and functioning of innovative creative collectives at enterprises are the research subject. The development of theoretical and methodological, conceptual, methodical and applied principles of formation and functioning of innovative creative collectives at enterprises is the research goal. Such research methods as theoretical generalization, grouping, dynamic, statistical and comparative analysis, expert assessment, modeling, structural and logical analysis, calculation and analytical, correlation and regression modeling, graphic method have been used. The conceptual framework of formation and functioning of innovative creative collectives at enterprises while concretizing principles, objectives, and technologies of innovative creative collectives formation as well as conditions for ensuring effective functioning of innovative creative collectives on the basis of purposeful management with the usage of process-structured approach to it have been firstly developed. The method of selection of innovative creative collectives' formation forms at enterprises; the model of personal stimulation methods choice in innovative creative collectives; principles of functioning effectiveness diagnostics of innovative creative collectives at enterprises have been improved. The content and functional meaning of the notion "innovative creative collective", and the classification of innovative creative collectives according to the list of integral features have been developed. The research results have been embedded at enterprises and academic process. The enterprises are the sphere of author's proposals usage.
