Essay

The thesis is devoted to the theoretical substantiation and experimental verification of the learning process of the formation of motor skills of high school students during a ski training. The study covers the learning process of ski training in physical training lessons in schools. The results of the dissertation research was supported by the introduction of the author's method of forming motor skills of high school students in the ski preparation; development of new more effective pedagogical recommendations in the theory and methodology of training ski training in schools.
