Object - workers' labor behavior of the enterprises of railway transport. Goal - development of theoretical and methodical provisions, scientific and practical recommendations about integrated management of workers' labor behavior of the enterprises of railway transport according to a paradigm of the dominating influence on its formation sociocultural determinant.
