Essay

The dissertation presents comprehensive investigation of legal-regulatory enforcement of criminal penalties in Ukraine at the end of XX th - the beginning of XXI century. Historical and legal factors, criteria and methodology of this process are analyzed. The theoretical basis of lawmaking and features of criminal law enforcement creation are dealt. A number of concrete suggestions for improving the process of law-making at all levels of the legislative and executive power is proposed.
