In the dissertation the content and structure of the phenomenon of psychological preparedness of a pedagogue to confrontation of the manipulative influence while communicating with teenagers are investigated. The types of teachers with the domination of different ways of reacting on the situations of the manipulative influence on behalf of teens are defined. On the basis of the analysis of the research it is developed the model of psychological preparedness of a pedagogue to the constructive confrontation of the manipulative influence while communicating with teenagers. The efficiency of the purposeful work with teachers on developing the components of psychological preparedness to the manipulative influence while communicating with teenagers is grounded, developed and proved.
