Essay

This dissertation is devoted to the development of pupils basic knowledge and skills of mathematical modeling in learning geometry. This paper is defined such terms as "mathematical model" and "mathematical modeling", separated the types of mathematical models. On the stem of conceptual work developed and theoretically justified the method of forming components in secondary school pupils knowledge and skills of mathematical modeling especially the stages of learning, a set of organization forms, methods and means according to each stage; methodical recommendations for teachers.
