The dissertation presents a theoretical and experimental study of the problem of psychological peculiarities of formation of spiritual values of future lawyers. The criteria (emotional and value attitude to life, value-sense self-regulation, personal freedom), indicators, levels (high, medium, low) formation of spiritual values of future lawyers have been proved. The effectiveness of the author's model and the program of formation of spiritual values of future lawyers based upon axiological, spiritual and personal approach has been proved.
