Essay

This work is dedicated to increasing the effectiveness of early diagnosis of prostate cancer at the preclinical stage of the disease and the development of a theoretical framework for the introduction of molecular genetic techniques as the foundation of the model of early diagnosis and monitoring of pre-clinical course and prevention of cancer. Identified epigenetic abnormalities extend understanding of the mechanisms of carcinogenesis. First proposed criteria preclinical diagnosis may be used in specialized clinical settings. The only possibility of pre-clinical diagnosis, the individual risk prediction and the development of prostate cancer is the introduction of a diagnostic panel, which includes genes that are interested in the formation and development of this pathology. Thus at the molecular genetic level was confirmed precancerous nature PIN and ASAP. Defined molecular genetic features of prostate cancer and precancerous changes. Proposed an index level of methylation is an integral indicator of three genes studied. An algorithm for the early diagnosis of prostate cancer based on the rule of "decision tree".
