The thesis deals with the features of the pathogenesis and identify the main factors influencing the occurrence and course of functional disorders of the lower urinary tract in patients with bladder outlet obstruction and detrusor muscle of the bladder energy deliverance and clarify the relationship of metabolic disorders thiol compounds with functional changes of the lower urinary tract, the establishment of cause-and-effect mechanism of morpho-functional and metabolic abnormalities of the lower urinary tract, depending on the type of bladder outlet obstruction, the development and justification of the differential algorithm approach to identify therapeutic and diagnostic tactics in regard to functional disorders of the bladder in patients with bladder outlet obstruction.The results of the examination and treatment of 115 patients with bladder outlet obstruction.
