Pacheva N. The place of noneconomic institutes in reproduction of social capital

The dissertation is devoted to integrated theoretical research of the essence and place of noneconomic institutes in reproduction of social capital. Influence of legal, political, ideological and ethics noneconomic institutes on reproduction of social capital is investigated. Necessity of noneconomic institutes contents interpretation improvement is defined. Their functional and structural influence which is realized through the system of incentives and the system of restrictions is established. The actual reasons of noneconomic institutes usage in social development that allows to use them as the instrument of economic regulation are covered. Identification possibilities of reproduction processes of social capital and capital as economic factor are justified. Components of social capital (social networks, norms and values, trust) are referred to capital goods and their capacity for expansion, accumulation and inclusion in economic circular flow are explained. Internal noneconomic, institutional factors are its components. It is proved that investment into the social capital and its reproduction are motivated with the opportunities of specified income receipt (social rent). It is defined that reproduction of social capital on micro, meso - macrolevels by means of social networks, trust, norms and values will promote intensive economic development of organization, region, state. The possibilities of optimization of social capital reproduction process at each investigated levels are formulated and defined. Their efficiency in reference to stable development of enterprise (organization), region and economy in whole is proved.
