Sedlyar D. Formation of Intelectuall Capital in the System of Factors of Innovation Development

The dissertation is devoted to research of theoretical and practical aspects of a problem of the intellectual capital formation in the context of development of innovative model of development. The author defines methodology of research of the content and structure of intellectual capital, determined factors influencing the formation of intellectual capital at all levels of economic relations, substantiates the value of intellectual capital as a factor of innovation development. Developed the theoretical and methodological approach to measuring the value of intellectual capital at the level of the national economy and assessed intellectual capital of Ukraine and other countries of the European Union. Shown the existence of a significant relationship between the level of intellectual capital and level of the innovation development of the economy. Author determined the main trends and key problems of intellectual capital formation in Ukraine. Proposed and substantiated the main directions of improvement of the institutional, investment and public-market mechanism of formation of intellectual capital in Ukraine in the transition to the innovative type of development.
