The thesis is devoted to developing an integrated approach to the targeted synthesis of substances based on [1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a]pyrazine derivatives, study their reactivity, determination of pharmacological activity profile and biological properties of the obtained compounds research. The preparative methods of synthesis of 3,7-substituted heterocycles based on [1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a]pyrazine skeleton have been developed and on the basis of the skaffold the combinatorial library has been constructed.
